Voicing his apprehension to his business partner, Jim Crowe (Crowe), he said, "The future looks bleak unless we come out with something special." "With such exponential growth in the insurance industry, and with more and more countries opening up their markets, there is no reason to worry. Actually we can expect a more prosperous future ahead," said Crowe.

"Exponential growth itself is the problem. If we can't keep pace with our competitors, we will be in the soup," said Woodbridge.

"Then what should we do?" asked Crowe.
